It began at Skyway Hotel Entebbe. Four colleagues—Solomon, Edson, Shafik, and Isaac—shared more than just a workplace; they shared a vision. Watching travelers arrive with questions and leave with half-told stories, they realized that the "Pearl of Africa" deserved a more personal touch.
The inspiration was simple yet profound: Service without boundaries. Solomon brought the technical precision of ICT, Edson the warmth of first impressions, Shafik the meticulous eye for comfort, and Isaac the soul of a true woodsman. Together, they formed the S.E.S.I acronym—a pact to treat every traveler not as a tourist, but as a guest in their own home.
Driven by the need to secure a legacy for their families and a future for their community, they traded their uniforms for the road. SESI is the result: a local brotherhood with the Pearl at Heart.
